Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your purchase of a shipping container and delivery services from Container Connect ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

We currently sell and deliver new and used 20-foot and 40-foot conex shipping containers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. All prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars and include the container plus flat-rate delivery to an accessible site within our published delivery radius.

2. Orders and payment

When you complete checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full delivered total shown. We process payments through Stripe. You will receive an emailed receipt confirming your order, container selection, delivery zone, and total amount paid.

All sales are final once the container has been loaded for delivery or delivered to your site, except as described in our refund policy below.

3. Delivery requirements

Delivery is made by tilt-bed truck to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the site is level, firm, and accessible. A 20-foot container generally requires about 60 feet of straight clearance, and a 40-foot container generally requires about 100 feet of straight clearance.

If our driver arrives and cannot safely deliver the container due to site conditions, obstacles, or inaccurate access information, we may need to reschedule and charge an additional re-delivery fee.

4. Container condition

New containers are one-trip containers: manufactured overseas, loaded once, then sold. They are tan in color and in clean, wind- and water-tight condition.

Used containers are wind- and water-tight but will show surface rust, dents, dings, and mismatched paint. We photograph the actual unit before delivery whenever possible. If the delivered unit does not meet the wind- and water-tight standard, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the container has been dispatched for delivery. Once the container is en route or has been delivered, cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, including delivery to an inaccessible or unsafe site, we will refund the full amount paid.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee delivery times beyond our best-effort scheduling. Weather, traffic, and site-access issues can affect delivery windows.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.

8. Contact us

For questions about these terms or your order, contact us by email or phone. Our current contact information is listed on the website.
